Customer Success Manager

A Customer Success Manager for the BENELUX mid-market/commercial segment at Darktrace will guide customers through their journey with the company's AI-driven cybersecurity platform, ensuring rapid time-to-value and sustained success across the contract lifecycle. The role is part of Darktrace’s global customer-facing organisation and is based hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the London or Amsterdam office.
