The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the post-sale customer journey, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization and expansion for Commercial and Volume Enterprise customers. The role focuses on scaling product consumption, improving retention and expansion through data-driven engagement, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer outcomes. It supports customers across the Belgium/Cork/Belux region and liaises closely with Sales, Services, Support and Product teams.
