About this role

As a Customer Success Manager for the Middle East & Africa, you will partner with Commercial and Professional Services teams to lead customer engagements, drive product adoption, and support the launch of new diagnostic AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Clinical teams to ensure customers achieve their clinical and business objectives. The role involves designing onboarding programs, conducting business reviews, and traveling extensively across the region to support implementations and executive meetings.

Responsibilities

Own overall customer relationships and satisfaction for assigned accounts in the Middle East & Africa
Design and deliver customer onboarding programs and product training for new implementations
Conduct regular business reviews to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
Lead adoption and change management initiatives in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams
Support pre-sales engagements by defining success criteria and sharing implementation best practices
