The Customer Success Manager will act as the technical bridge between Walden Robotics' products and enterprise customers, leading deployments, managing relationships, and ensuring successful robot operations in real-world environments. This early‑hire role will shape the Customer Success function, develop KPIs, advocate for customers, and translate field insights into product improvements.
