Terminal is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to own the activation motion for enterprise accounts, driving customers from contract signing to production certification and ongoing value realization. The role focuses on reducing time‑to‑value, building success plans, leading quarterly business reviews, and establishing a repeatable CSM playbook.
