Customer Success Manager

This role manages the exhibitor and visitor journey across Agriconnect’s events portfolio, combining customer support, sponsorship growth, and account management with email marketing and social media delivery. Working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the position ensures a great experience for attendees while driving commercial growth through rebooking and upsell campaigns. Success is measured through satisfaction metrics, sponsorship rates, and campaign engagement.
