Customer Success Technician

This role represents CITI Program to the community and professional societies while building relationships with organizational subscribers through high-quality technical support and customer service. The position involves onboarding new subscribers, setting up technical services, and providing ongoing support to optimize the use of online learning platforms. Technicians collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests, participate in software testing, and assist in creating custom content modules.
