A Product Support Representative on IXL Learning’s Rosetta Stone Product Support Team, focused on assisting individual Rosetta Stone language learners. The role supports consumer users of Rosetta Stone products and contributes to IXL’s mission of creating impactful educational experiences. This is a full-time, hourly position based in the Raleigh, NC area with a primarily onsite schedule and one remote day per week.
