Customer Support Assistant

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for the public, handling telephone and electronic enquiries for Tendring District Council with a focus on Environmental Services, Waste Management, and Recycling. The position requires providing accurate information, resolving straightforward queries, and directing complex issues to the appropriate departments. It is a full-time, on-site temporary contract lasting up to six months.
