Customer Support Centre Representative

The role is a fixed‑term, full‑time position responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, chats, and digital inquiries, and coordinating service requests. The representative also participates in occasional overnight on‑call rotations and provides operational and administrative support to branch operations.
