About this role
The Customer Support Engineer will support KLA products at TSMC from the Phoenix, AZ site, ensuring high performance of complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role includes approximately six months of on-the-job training in Taiwan and works a compressed 4-day work week (Sunday–Wednesday). The position represents KLA to customers and helps maintain uptime and product reliability across customer sites.
