About this role
AppDirect’s Firstbase business unit is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to support customers adopting remote and hybrid work by providing the physical goods and logistics infrastructure they need. The role focuses on helping customers optimize their experience with Firstbase while serving as a trusted guide throughout their remote-work journey. The position is designed for coverage of ET and/or CT time zones and includes structured onboarding with training and shadowing.
