Odin is seeking an experienced customer‑facing professional to own the end‑to‑end experience for angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders throughout the deal lifecycle. The role involves handling inbound support and compliance tickets, reducing ticket volume by addressing root causes, and advocating for customers internally to improve the product.
