Customer Support

The role involves managing the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process for complex components, projects, field service, and service operations orders, including order fulfillment, logistics, export/import coordination, and customer invoicing. It also provides customer support, maintains supplier databases, and handles claims and backlog management while ensuring effective communication and coordination across functions.
