Customer Support/Operations

This role oversees end-to-end processes for over-the-counter transactions, including account opening and cash handling, while ensuring daily operational accuracy and compliance with bank procedures. The position involves supervising staff, resolving customer complaints, and acting as a Programme Champion for sales, service, and compliance training. Additionally, the role includes promoting branch products through cross-selling activities and validating transactions up to authorized limits.
