Customer SVC Tech

The Customer SVC Tech at Lumen is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of copper and fiber networks, including splicing, carrier systems, and various telecommunication services like POTS, DSL, and GPON. This full-time role involves troubleshooting faults, performing testing, and ensuring service continuity for residential and small business customers. The position requires working in various field conditions, including aerial, buried, and underground plant environments, while adhering to strict safety protocols. Candidates must be willing to work varying shifts, including nights, holidays, and on-call rotations, and possess a valid driver's license.
