Customs Brokerage Manager

This role leads customs strategy, compliance, and risk for SEKO’s cross-border e-commerce business while overseeing all aspects of customs clearance processes. The position involves managing a team of licensed brokers and compliance staff, ensuring adherence to CBP regulations, and driving automation and process standardization. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining the corporate customs broker license, managing the department's P&L, and supporting new business acquisition.
