Customs Brokerage Manager

The Customs Brokerage Manager leads and oversees the customs brokerage department, ensuring operational goals and compliance with U.S. customs regulations are met. This role manages the entire import clearance workflow, including customs entries, ISF filings, and client communications, while serving as an escalation point for complex shipments and compliance issues. The position requires partnering with internal teams to support new account onboarding and service delivery, and maintaining customs clearance systems and reporting tools.
