Customs Coordinator

The Customs Coordinator supports the day-to-day import and export customs process by preparing and processing customs declarations to ensure compliant and efficient movement of goods across the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe, and international markets. This role involves reviewing shipping documentation, maintaining accurate data in logistics systems, and proactively resolving clearance or data issues while meeting agreed KPIs and customer SLAs. The position requires regular communication with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth movement of goods and provide timely updates.
