This hybrid role requires commuting to the Burlingame, CA office twice a week and involves facilitating customs clearances, coordinating with overseas offices, and maintaining communication with customers and officials. The position focuses on completing customs entries, proofing commodity classifications, and proactively addressing entry status questions. The role also includes navigating internal systems to route customers or vendors appropriately and collaborating with team members to compile documentation and perform daily compliance audits.
