Customs Operations Specialist

This role ensures the proper execution and follow-up of all customs declarations in compliance with EU GDP/GMP requirements and local legislation. The incumbent manages import and export activities, including coordinating with forwarding agents, filing accurate declarations, and resolving escalations. The position also involves maintaining stock records, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement through stakeholder management.
