The ICU RN 1 is a bedside nursing role in a 22-bed medical/surgical/cardiac intensive care unit at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. The position supports care for critically ill patients and works within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role is scheduled for straight nights (5:30pm–6:00am) with every-third-weekend and holiday rotation.
