CWC Lead Teachers are driven educators who deliver high-quality, engaging instruction grounded in constructivism, project-based learning, and multiple intelligences theory within an innovative charter school environment. The role involves designing curriculum, assessing student progress, and differentiating instruction to ensure academic success while fostering a joyful and inclusive classroom culture.
