The Child Care Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious lunches and snacks for children in the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with the Canadian Food Guide and YMCA’s Best Practices. This part-time role involves maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, managing dietary restrictions, and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. The position requires strong communication skills and knowledge of the Child Care & Early Years Act.
