This role supports the Service Optimisation function within Customer Experience by resolving order issues, managing customer requests, and improving service processes. The apprentice will work on resolving stuck orders, managing delivery failures, and implementing workflow amendments to enhance the customer journey. The position offers a fully funded Level 3 apprenticeship qualification with protected training time and opportunities for long-term career growth.
