About this role
Mento is seeking senior leaders in customer success/experience roles to become coaches who will form one-on-one partnerships with members, providing guidance and support to help them advance their careers and personal growth. All coaches will participate in an ICF-certified training program to develop their coaching skills and utilize proprietary tools. This is a remote, contract role aimed at experienced professionals dedicated to a minimum of 12 hours per month over at least 24 months.
