About this role

As a Billing & Collections Representative at Airgas, you will manage assigned customer portfolios to ensure accurate and timely web-based billing and account reconciliation. The role involves proactively resolving payment delays, conducting root cause analysis on account issues, and initiating comprehensive accounts receivable reviews. You will monitor Days Sales Outstanding and aging reports while preparing financial reports for internal Sales and Finance teams using advanced Excel and SAP tools.
