InSITE
This remote role provides administrative and technical support for the NICE CXone platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, routing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will independently manage core platform responsibilities while handling increasingly complex technical issues under the direction of the CXone Helpdesk Manager. The position is open to international applicants residing in the Philippines, PTO, and benefits (health, dental, life) and more eligibility within 1 month of start date.
