Cyber Architecture and Administration Lead

This role serves as a senior-level authority for break/fix operations and technical program support within the Intelligence and Security customer space. The position ensures seamless coordination and mission alignment by overseeing maintenance activities and providing tier 1-4 support. The lead works directly with customers, mission partners, and internal staff to solve mission challenges and maintain service level agreements.
