About this role

The Cyber Case Manager at iCapital will serve as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases within the Security Operations Center, ensuring incidents and investigations are tracked, prioritized, and driven to resolution. This individual contributor will coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, manage documentation and evidence integrity, and produce metrics for leadership while collaborating with legal, compliance, and various security teams.
