The Cyber Security Engineer serves as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) expert for DoD systems, overseeing security accreditation, vulnerability assessment, and policy development. Responsibilities

Serve as ISSO and RMF SME for DoD system authorization processes
Review and manage security requirements via eMASS and vulnerability scans
Provide cybersecurity oversight for applications development projects
Manage Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) records with product teams
Support system accreditation and Security Control Assessor validation events
