About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead cybersecurity engineering, risk management, and security operations for the U.S. Coast Guard's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center in Alexandria, VA. This hands-on technical leader will manage a multidisciplinary team of security professionals to strengthen security posture, accelerate compliant delivery, and reduce mission risk across AWS, Azure, and enterprise systems. The role involves direct people management, integrated delivery planning, customer engagement, and continuous improvement to support the USCG Cloud Modernization program.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary cybersecurity team managing ISSOs, ISSEs, and incident response personnel
Oversee NIST RMF execution and Authorization to Operate activities across cloud and enterprise environments
Direct cybersecurity engineering across AWS and Azure environments ensuring secure architecture and compliance
