Cyber Security Operations Lead

This role serves as the lead guardian of the City's cyber defense environment, responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the enterprise security posture across all systems and data. The position works independently under limited supervision to protect the organization from cyber-attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized access while ensuring system confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The incumbent supervises staff and manages contractors to implement security controls and respond to threats.
