Cybersecurity Incident Responder

As a Cybersecurity Incident Responder at Fiserv, you will command investigations and lead the containment, analysis, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents across the global enterprise. You will act as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 analysts, performing advanced log analysis, correlating data from multiple security platforms, and driving mitigation actions in high-pressure situations. The role involves documenting findings, collaborating with engineering teams to tune detection capabilities, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the CSIRT.
