About this role

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager leads the hands-on operational management of ITU’s cybersecurity infrastructure, security services, and security projects. This role oversees the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), manages major security initiatives, and provides operational oversight of emerging technology security risks, including AI/ML and agentic AI systems. The position ensures alignment of security operations with ITU’s digital transformation strategy and applicable international cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain security infrastructure and cloud security
Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs
