Cybersecurity Program Analyst

Lutheran Services Carolinas is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Program Analyst to protect the organization's information systems, sensitive data, and technology infrastructure. This role supports enterprise cybersecurity initiatives through risk assessment, compliance monitoring, security awareness training, incident response coordination, and program development. The position collaborates with IT leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational systems while supporting compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
