About this role

As a Cycle Instructor, you will coach indoor cycling participants and help members achieve their fitness goals through the Core 3 method, which includes comprehensive assessments, personalized nutrition, and customized workouts. You will lead engaging classes using various signature formats like EDG, AMP, PWR, EDG Sculpt, and AMP Sculpt, incorporating fun music and structured drills to motivate members. The role requires providing excellent customer service, meeting class attendance goals, and maintaining a high-energy, educational environment.

Responsibilities

Coach indoor cycling participants through various signature formats
Educate members on the Core 3 method including assessments and nutrition
Deliver engaging classes using digital music and appropriate exercises

Skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDCPR and AED certifiedNationally recognized Indoor Cycle Instructor, Training or Coaching Certification (Schwinn Cycling or Stages(preferred), Mad Dogg Spinning, Les Mills )
