Cytology Laboratory Asst

The Cytology Laboratory Assistant role involves receiving, sorting, and processing gynecologic and cytology specimens in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The position requires accurate data entry into the LIS system, ensuring compliance with CAP and CLIA guidelines, and maintaining specimen integrity. The assistant also handles hazardous materials, disposes of medical waste, and supports laboratory workflow under the supervision of the Cytology Supervisor, AP Manager, or Medical Director.
