D365 - Architect

Principal Architect – D365 Sales, Service & Martech Lead at Independence Pet Holdings will shape the architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service and the integrated MarTech and Customer Data Platform to support unified, omnichannel customer experiences across the company's pet health brands. The role advances the organization's digital transformation toward personalized engagement, unified customer profiles, and agentic automation. It sits within the technology organization and partners closely with marketing, sales, and service leadership; remote/hybrid with Chicago preferred.
