About this role

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Solution Architect on the Managed Services team is responsible for overseeing solution scope and supporting implementation and post-go-live support of Dynamics 365 F&O for manufacturing clients. The role includes leading strategic-to-execution transitions, improving operational metrics and business cases, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This architect acts as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX, engaging with client senior leadership and executive steering committees. The position is remote with up to 50% travel to client sites.
