About this role

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant is part of the Managed Services team, focused on supporting clients using Dynamics 365 ERP, especially Financial and Project modules. The role centers on owning and resolving application issues, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver resolutions and maintain strong relationships. In addition to day-to-day support, the consultant may participate in performance improvement initiatives, new module implementations, upgrades, and testing. They also contribute to functional design for customizations and integrations while helping improve operational metrics and business case development.
