About this role

The Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst will lead support and enhancement of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and integrated systems, driving enterprise-wide implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, recommend improvements, manage integrations (CRM, MES, third-party), and scale the system to support growth. This position also provides administration, training, and governance for Dynamics 365 in a regulated life sciences environment.
