About this role
The Dairy Manufacturing Management Track (MMT) Associate is a 12-month training program at Land O’Lakes designed to develop future manufacturing leaders within dairy plant operations. Participants complete a structured curriculum combining formal training, rotational exposure, and strategic projects, with the expectation of relocating as needed. After the program, associates transition into a plant supervisory position overseeing production teams and supporting large-scale dairy production.
