Valcon
The Data Academy is a four-week practical training and coaching program designed to help ambitious graduates develop the skills needed to start a career as a data specialist with Valcon's clients. Participants receive tailored training in key areas such as Data & AI Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, and Data Modeling, alongside exposure to other data and consultancy aspects. Upon completion, graduates transition directly into their first client project while continuing to receive guidance and coaching from experienced colleagues.
