Data & AI Practice Lead

This role involves leading the growth and delivery of the Data & AI Practice for EY Romania, defining strategic visions and roadmaps for data platform and analytics services. The position requires overseeing multiple data delivery engagements end-to-end while mentoring and developing high-performing data architecture and engineering teams. Additionally, the role focuses on business development, client advisory, and architecting scalable modern data platforms using Databricks and cloud-native technologies.
