The Data & AI Transformation Program Manager at Richemont leads and coordinates the Group’s data and AI transformation agenda across Maisons. Reporting to the Head of Data Transformation, the role partners with business and regional teams to define transformation roadmaps, timelines and success criteria and to foster a data-driven culture across the organization. The position supports governance, knowledge sharing and program-level alignment to maximize impact of data initiatives.
