Data Analysis and Professional Coaching

This role provides professional coaching to teachers and support staff to enhance data analysis skills and guide instructional staff in implementing Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for low-performing students. The position involves producing testing data analysis reports, translating data insights into evidence-based instructional strategies, and monitoring student progress to adjust coaching and intervention recommendations. It also requires maintaining compliance with grant requirements and collaborating with school leadership and MTSS/RTI teams to align data practices with building goals.
