Data Analyst – Central Data Office (Marketing Technology)

As a Data Analyst within the Central Data Office, you contribute to building scalable data practices across ING by supporting the organization-wide development and adoption of data capabilities. You work closely with Product Leads, Martech, Analytics, and business stakeholders to enable consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement of data processes, tooling, and knowledge sharing. The role focuses on translating data into actionable insights and strengthening ING's fact-based culture through shared standards and best practices.
