About this role

This role supports the Office of VC at CUCF by ensuring the quality of project-related data, maintaining master databases, and developing visual dashboards to aid departmental decision-making. The position involves extensive data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using advanced Excel functions and visualization tools while accommodating the fast-paced needs of the capital construction program.

Responsibilities

Provide quality assurance of worksheet data in accordance with PMO standards
Manage creation and updates of master and project data repositories
Clean, organize, and validate large datasets using advanced Excel techniques
Develop data dashboards and visual aids to support cross-departmental decisions
Train staff on project management systems and update user knowledge bases

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in progress with 45 credits in a data or technical major
