The Data Analyst Lead will own the strategy for reporting, analytics, and data insights within People Services in the HR & Payroll Shared Service Centre, based in Bradford. The role focuses on defining and enhancing reporting capability to inform operational decision-making, support commercial growth, and elevate customer experience. This is a permanent hybrid position requiring on-site presence at least two days a week.
